The swimming pool in Gniezno is a whole sport and recreation center, including the indoor swimming pool with a modern slide and two pool areas- recreation and sport area. Thanks to the computer systems management, even 120 people can use a pool at one time. Surprisingly, the final project of decorating a pool was done in very aesthetical and modern way. The look of our pool has changed extremely.








Not only the pool, but also a whole building was rebuilt and modified to look like a real and modern aquapark.
Nowadays, Gniezno can be proud of the rebuilding sport and recreation center with many attractions such as:

Water mushroom

Water bed

The whole complex is handicapped friendly, special lift and chairs, which help people to get access to small pool area, and also many different facilities. We can frankly say that the complex is at the highest European level.
The pool center consists of a big 6-lanes swimming area 25 m x 12,5m long and from 1,5m to 2 m depth (about 550 m³ water) with water temperature from 26° C to 28° C.

The recreation area 16m x 8m long and from 0,9m to 1,1m depth (about 130m³) contains such attractions like :

• Water geysers
• Water shots
• Water mushroom
• Water bed

The water temperature in recreation pool balances between 28° C to 32° C.
Slide for children over 7 year and adults.
There are 2 tube slides: longer with 72m and shorter one with 55m
2 whirpools (Jacuzzi) placed in the center between pools.
The pool center can hold max 115 people and the recreation pool 30 people at one time.

What is more, a few swimming sections, sport clubs and even swimming school for children function in the sport and recreation center in Gniezno. There are also such attractions like coffee pool, aquareobic, and even wet bar.

Whole center includes also a gym and the outdoor tennis courts. Moreover, different kinds of active relax are placed in the building: spinning, sauna, gym, aerobic, gymnastics, rehabilitation gymnastic, massages and solarium. In the upper part of the building there is a professional playground for children, equipped with lots of attractions, where you can leave your child with professional baby-sitters.

Whole center is placed about 50 m from a hotel.
